School Vacation Programs


Harvard "School's Out" Program

Harvard offers a University-wide "School's Out" program for children ages 6 to 12 of benefits-eligible faculty and staff. The program runs on Longwood, Cambridge and Business School campuses. The program is held during school vacation weeks in February and April.

Enrollment is first come, first served. Current Harvard employees should visit HARVie for more information and to register.

Below is a list of programs that occur during the February, March and/or April school vacations. The Office of Work/Life does not endorse these programs. Contact the program directly for details and to determine if it would be appropriate for your child. You can also check with your local Public School Department, many cities offer vacation programming in their public schools.

If you are a Harvard employee and would like help identifying additional school vacation programs, you may call Harvard’s EAP at 877-327-4278 to use the dependant-care referral service. Staff will conduct research tailored to your criteria.
